At Pierre Cardin Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your timepiece, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Place the watch in its original Pierre Cardin gift box with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards included to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
